Mission Statement:

North Texas Cat Rescue ( NTCR) is a 501 (c)(3) organization committed to the humane and compassionate treatment of cats.

Our Mission :

To provide adoption and placement of homeless rescued cats/kittens in permanent homes. To educate the public on the need to spay/neuter pets, on the prevention of animal cruelty and promote responsible pet ownership

NTCR takes in cats/kittens from Collin County Animal Shelter, rescues abandoned felines from other locations.

ns and cats surrendered by owners to the extent of our resources and of foster home availability. NTCR places the cats/kittens in foster care for re-socializing, regularly running adoption events at Petsmart in McKinney at Hwy 380 and Hwy 75 South and in Allen on Stacey Rd.
